Educational Qualification
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) - Candidate should have obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Power Engineering, Power system engineering, engineering branches that end with electrical.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil) - Candidate should have obtained a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering or engineering branches that end with civil.
- Accounts Officer - Professional degree in CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) + 2 years post qualification experience.
- Law Officer - Bachelor Degree in law with 5 years of experience in legal department.
- Personnel Officer - Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management/ Industrial Management/ Business Management with 5 years of post qualification experience.
- Senior Industrial Engineer - Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum 7 years of post qualification experience.

- Written Examination
- Interview
Candidates will be selected through two stages i.e. Written examination & Interview. The candidates have to first pass the written examination which will be conducted in five centres i.e. Dehradun, Almora, Srinagar, Haridwar & Pantnagar. After written examination, the selected candidates have to go through the Interview. After that final result will be declared and candidates will be selected for the respective posts.
