The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has confirmed that the recruitment is on contract basis for a period of 1 year but extendable depending upon project requirements as well as performance of the candidate. ECIL has released the official notification for the Technical Officer at ecil.co.in on 16th January 2021. The details of the examination are as under:

ECIL was setup under the Department of Atomic Energy on 11th April, 1967 with a view to generate a strong indigenous capability in the field of professional grade electronics. The initial accent was on total self-reliance and ECIL was engaged in the Design, Development, Manufacture and Marketing of several products with emphasis on three technology lines viz. Computers, Control Systems and Communications. Over the years, ECIL pioneered the development of various complex electronics products without any external technological help and scored several 'firsts' in many fields.

ECIL Technical Officer Recruitment 2021 Mode of Selection
The candidate will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 based on the marks obtained in their BE/ B.Tech & one years’ post qualification relevant experience in order of merit. Such candidates will be called for virtual interview and selected based on performance & relevant experience. The successful candidates at the personal interview will be considered for final selection subject to successful completion of document verification. The date of interview & document verification will be intimated by email in due course of time and candidates are required to attend for interview within short notice.
